An experienced Department Manager for H&M with extensive experience in visual merchandising also. As a visual merchandiser from the age of 18, I pride myself with a passion for my role. On a daily basis I implement store VM guidelines in line with commercial decisions and my own creative feel as well as the runnings of the shop floor. I have supported stores, helping to coach their teams and have successfully progressed fellow team members. I love to support others in their progression and see retail as a never ending ladder for progression. I have supported refits/ model stores and store openings. I have a passion and pride in my work and as a leader I love to demonstrate my this to my team to drive the best results possible together. I currently am based in South East London, Bromley area. My strengths include HR, Microsoft office, leadership, operations and general store management.
