Since I was five years old, I have wanted to work in healthcare. My dream job has changed from neurosurgeon to neuroscientist to data scientist, but my passion for helping others has always remained high. Currently, I get to support thousands of people every day as a full time Business Analyst helping Medicare recipients manage their chronic health conditions through program development and optimization. I love to dig into data and identify trends to ultimately provide more insights and assistance. Outside of this role, I am working on my Master of Science in Data Analytics at Colorado State University Global Campus with a specialization in Project Management in healthcare. I have experience in R, Python, SAS, Tableau, PostgreSQL, and SQL. I also volunteer with Henry Ford Health System’s Hermelin Brain Tumor Center, my local Phi Mu Fraternity alumnae chapter, a nearby collegiate Phi Mu chapter, and my daughter’s scout pack. Beyond all this I like to do beekeeping, managing our growing homestead, gardening, go camping with my family, and painting. To help share my passion for painting and games, my husband and I co-own Rainy River Designs, LLC enabling us to support fellow hobbyists and tabletop gamers with affordable models, paint, and basing materials.
