My career started with a big box retail store after college where I received multiple promotions that led me to manage a SuperTarget for over 4 years. Through promotions to multiple roles, I was enabled to build cross- functional strategies while collaborating to achieve common goals. I lead my team to rollout new operating models by adding digital hubs, increase operational efficiencies and develop a selling culture to modernize the store experience. Since that time, I’ve built a career with Home Depot with experience in store leadership, merchandising and multi-unit leadership. I am also a mom of 3 beautiful children who keep me running at all times. They love to stay busy, just like I do, so we are always on our way to tennis or ballet practice or playing outside. I love to read and I love to cook.
