As soon as I began working in healthcare, I knew it was where I wanted to stay. I’ve now been working in this industry for 35 years because I enjoy helping people improve lives and making a difference. As the Vice President of Operations at Signify Health, I get to lead a team that acts as the front line of support to our patients and their family. I run the field operations as well as our outreach center in San Antonio. We interact with the patients as people, and we have the opportunity to impact their lives each day - whether we are finding the boy scouts to build a ramp to help somebody with a wheelchair get into their home, or getting an electric bill subsidy so someone can keep their life vest charged to regulate their heart. We help people make connections which builds relationships which improves lives. In fact, five members on my team have worked with me in past companies. These strong relationships further support our ability to be able to work as a cohesive team and support those around us. Prior to Signify Health, I held positions at PatientSafe Solutions, Biolase Technology, IntraLase Corporation, and Cardinal Health/Pyxis. I have enjoyed working at both medical device healthcare companies, as well as organizations that provide software as a service solution. I received my CPA working for Price Waterhouse and graduated from San Diego State University.
