Melissa’s expertise lies in making things happen. Melissa was recently promoted to Program Manager for the ServiceNow ITSM & CSM Practices for CDI LLC. She is also the founding chair of Power of 100 Hastings Women, a charitable giving initiative in Hastings, MN where she resides. She is passionate about creating community, leveraging resources, and working with others to expand their contributions for a greater good.
