I am a Production Manager for Beyond Retro’s sustainable up-cycled/ reused apparel collections. I am responsible for the strategic development and production planning for each apparel item at our factory in India through to trading in stores. In addition my role has evolved to work directly with other retailing businesses to help them identify ways they can be more sustainable and improve their circular economies. Our biggest project to date was working directly with Converse to collaboratively manufacture a post-consumer denim Chuck Taylor shoe. This was a very hands on role and was an incredible experience.
