I’m known for uncovering opportunities that others often don't see. I connect the pieces and find practical and innovative ways to diversify, grow and maximise potential to deliver outcomes. Growing up surrounded by my family’s small business it was here that learnt how hard work, authenticity and the power of connection can shape success. At the age of 14 I was harnessing the power of connection to land my first job, and later on, I would go on to major in Psychology at University, but not long after I fell in love with Marketing and never looked back. I’ve gone from marketing sheep and cattle vaccines to championing partnerships from the big banks through to Australia’s largest over 60’s member-based program. I feel like I've done a little bit of everything over the years from raising funds for children all over the world, writing ad copy for National newspapers. To knowing more about gas and electricity than I ever thought possible, and joining my first board director role at age 38. Guided by my values of connection, passion and authenticity, I’ve seen some outstanding outcomes, incredible growth and built long-lasting relationships along the way. My mission now is to apply my superpowers to organisations of all shapes and sizes and to guide others to identify opportunities and harness the power of connection for success.
