My service in the the banking industry covers over 20 years and now being attached to the Hatton National Bank Plc, Integrated Risk Management Department.During the past years of my career span I have been serving in most of the critical areas of banking operations, such as cash, deposits, customer services, credits, credit risk & Operational Risk. Indeed, I could have added some overseas exposure in retail operations as well. In retail operation, retail management was my main area of functions which inherit with HR management, fraud management, cash management, order management, merchandizing, etc. Proper training, guidance I received and fast learning skills I got were the some of key factors of the succession in my career path. Indeed, the qualifications I gained also supported a lot for the succession.
