As the Director Of Client Services at a concierge outdoor advertising agency, I am responsible for coordinating each department, from the graphic design team to the field operations crew, to provide contracted services as well as optimize client relationship management and client engagement by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. This combination of responsibilities could not be more tailor made for my skill set and passion. My respect and appreciation for the risks involved in being an entrepreneur is what drives me to strive for the kind of marketing strategies and amazing billboard designs that allow my clients to turn their passion into profits and enable their employees to continue to support their families.
