Merissa Falconer

One of my favorite films growing up was 007. He always knew what to do and had a witty retort for everything. His resourcefulness and diligence to make the world a better place is what has inspired me to never stop reaching for my next goal. Helping others find and understand the tools they need to achieve their goals is just as satisfying as being an international spy. Leading people in the importance of organizing and researching their objectives has many benefits in improving my communication and listening skills. I improve these skills everyday at my job while building applications for multiple departments to unite and work through for real time information. By streamlining these processes I improve the workflow of the company, saving them time and money, using the platforms I have set for them. I maintain these applications with meetings I manage throughout the week with multiple departments, both online and in person. Understanding what they need and curating reports, charts, and summaries is what I am able to do efficiently in a timely manner.
