Michael Ahn - UX Designer

I am a UX Designer with a background in the food service industry and wholesale business. While in the food service industry, no matter which position I held, it was very important to me to get feedback from the customers and reiterate how the store would be of service to the customers. Making the best possible user experience was always of top priority.In the wholesale business, while managing a fleet of delivery vans, I had to provide deliverables to the owner on a regular basis. Excel spreadsheets of inventory and the incoming and outgoing quantities of inventory on a regular basis.Although my title was never User Experience Designer, my background has helped me to appreciate the customer (or user). Now with what I have learned at GA’s User Experience Design Immersive program, I can be that bridge that links the user with the business in a pleasing and memorable way.
