Michael Arias, MS

Michael is Founder & Principal of Capital Brokers Group where he negotiates real property transactions for short sale / REO properties, instructs trainees and oversees CBG's operating practices. His expertise lies in rapid development methodologies, project estimation, construction practices, performance based marketing, system integration and third-party contract management. He entered Real Estate Property Management as a Commercial Project Manager for the privately held firm Ramon Arias, MD, PC and within 4 years oversaw Operations of the firm's 19 development projects. As a member of numerous National, State and Local associations, Michael speaks on professional Real Estate topics and writes in a professional blog. He has published in various academic journals including the prestigious National Academy of Sciences where he co-authored a genetic mapping study. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Georgia concentrating in biochemistry and linguistics respectively.
