Michael Fraunces

Mike Fraunces serves as President, North America at MD7 where he leads the firm’s global consulting practice and U.S. business operations. He is responsible for keeping the company at the forefront of the telecommunications infrastructure industry through product and service innovations. Mike brings a passion for integrating and applying the latest technologies into every mobile services solution MD7 provides. He led the creation of MD7’s proprietary “Contract Analyzer” which uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline the lease management process for customers. Mike also led the development of MD7’s site acquisition services for both macro sites and small cells as well as its lease administration services business. Prior to joining MD7 as one of its founding members, Mike was Founder and President of JurisVenture, P.C., a law firm serving the corporate needs of small to medium-sized companies. Before Juris Venture, Mike was a corporate transactional law Partner with the global law firm, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Prior to that he was a Partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge (previously Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps) in the firm's Business Group. Mike began his professional career as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy. Mike holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
