Key leader in 41% growth from $247M to $350M annual revenue run rate.• As Bitfury’s CFO, Board Member, and 1st employee, helped build hyper-growth, market-leading Blockchain infrastructure company from zero to $500M+ valuation and from 3 to 120+ employees in 7 countries in 2 years. Oversaw explosive growth to 50% EBITDA; now generating $650M+ in annual revenue. • As Mayak RE’s Co-Founder and Co-President, formed successful JV with Morgan Stanley and MCP PE Fund in Europe.• As CFO of Sistema Hals, led highly successful London/LSE IPO with market capitalization of $2.7B.• As Entegrity Solutions' Corporate Controller, filed Form S1/NASDAQ. • As Head of Compliance, implemented Trimble’s first global SOX compliance program and led acquisition/integration of several international technology companies. Instrumental in organic/acquisitive growth from $600M to $1.5B in 3 years; now a $10B company. • As Breathometer's CFO, took digital health/medical device firm from pre-revenue to shipping in highly regulated FDA space; secured OEM partnership with Philips, ISO13485:2003 Certification, and successful FTC audit.
