Michael Linden-Vørnle

The common denominator for many of my interests and activities is SPACE. As an Astrophysicist and Chief Adviser at the National Space Institute (DTU Space) I strive to expand Danish space research both on the national and international level. The keywords for my work are strategic development, research and outreach. Furthermore I am Head of DTU SpaceDrone Center that coordinates and facilitates research and innovation projects within the realm of drone technology in all domains - air, land and sea. My main interest is the integration of autonomous, drone-based infrastructure into our existing infrastructure. I strongly believe that both the methods and results of science in general and space research in particular should be widely communicated. It is important to demonstrate how science, space research and technology adds value to our society. Therefore public outreach is always an integral part of my activities.
