Michael is a seasoned Information Technology Professional who has worked for IT Companies for the last 35 years, including Manufacturing, Banking and currently Healthcare environments. Michael became a Microsoft Certified System Engineer in 2001 and has been specializing in Server Management, Microsoft Networking and all Data Center related responsibilities at UMass/HealthAlliance Hospitals. Mike’s ability to communicate calmly, in day to day, and crisis situations, is one of his strongest qualities. When making decisions, Mike always has the best interest of the customer in mind. Michael leverages his vast experience in the IT world, to provide the safest, most secure and reliable access to personal and patient data. He maintains a positive attitude in all situations, and truly believes that team members working collectively together can solve anything.
