I am currently our global Digital Strategy and Go-to-Market lead for Medallia's Digital Suite of solutions with 13 years of experience in the Customer Experience space from both consulting & sales roles across for both the B2B and B2C space. In my current role, I advise all companies (mid-market and enterprise across all verticals) as well as our current employees around digital experience design & management.
