With over 20 Years of experience in the construction management Industry focused on large scale, complex engineering projects. Throughout my career I have established a proven track record in reducing estimated cost and improving the overall performance of projects/companies. I have developed my technical, management and communication skills across a diverse project range including design, construction, programming, cost control, quality and safety. Whilst establishing strong working relationships with colleagues, senior managers and stakeholders, to work towards a common goal with a 'best for project' approach. Well accomplished in the creation and development of high-performing project teams and very experienced in setting up new project structures and organisations, often in new and challenging markets.
