Michael Morgenthal

As a strategic HR partner I have the benefit of working with, and learning directly with C-Suite and divisional leaders to help companies exceed their financial and people objectives. By nature I am a people person, and make it a point to have regular contact with as many team members in the organization, no matter their role. I am thankful for my family, who continue to support my career ambitions and aspirations of someday being a CHRO. As a Cincinnati native I have grown my career by being flexible with travel, and have also relocated to areas for periods of time when face to face made the difference. My calling is to first be an expert on the businesses I support, and then to drive results for the company and HR organization to the highest level. As a consistent top performer I find enjoyment working with and guiding others. Whether in a direct leadership role or as a peer group, I believe in throwing titles out the door and having open and honest discussion about what matters most. My success as an HR partner is due to my ability to adapt to any situation and create a clear focus, and successfully influence client groups to ensure that their results are achieved timely and with our values and people in mind. I not only focus on the "what", but the "how" objectives are achieved. So I work to be a role model for the company values, and ensure the company's culture is embodied by the team members I support. Through my career I hunger to cultivate top talent as I believe that people are the reason companies succeed. My experiences have taught me much and today I am a highly knowledgeable results oriented HR professional that is always ready for the next challenge.
