With over 25 years of progressive experience in the space/defense industry, I am a seasoned and versatile software test engineer who delivers high-quality solutions for complex and challenging problems. As a Software Test Engineer IV at ONE Dev LLC, I apply my skills in operational testing, technical analysis, process improvement, and customer relations to support the development and delivery of innovative and reliable software products and services for our clients. My background includes 20 years of leading and supporting various aspects of space operations, program and project management, business development, and staff leadership in the US Air Force and the private sector. I have also been involved in the non-profit sector for over 5 years, serving as a race director and a board member for the Pikes Peak Marathon Inc., a premier running organization in Colorado Springs. I am passionate about creating positive impacts in my community and fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement in my work environment.
