Michael Ryan

Currently serving in the US Navy at NNPTC Charleston where I am an instructor of basic electrical theory. I teach the Navy's newest recruits the building blocks they will need to be successful working in the electrical and electronics field. Some of my past duties and responsibilities are as follows: -Responsible for the planning, execution and supervision of maintenance on reactor safety related equipment. -Supervising and operating a nuclear reactor plant onboard a US Navy submarine. -Training more junior personnel on proper skills associated with performing operations and maintenance with first time success. Qualifications I previously held are: Engineering Watch Supervisor, Propulsion Plant Operator (Reactor Operator), and Engineering Duty Petty Officer.
