I love finding solutions to problems, being that a bug, a technical challenge, a new feature, or finding out what the customer really needs, because there is a certain amount of satisfaction about creating something that works and is appreciated, both to me personally but also for the customer. I am a Clean Coder or at least strive to be, but also pragmatic. Like good, maintainable code that is tested. I thrive with new technologies and manage to navigate unknown domains and quickly understand the problem at hand. I believe in an agile mindset over following an agile process. I am proactive, self-sufficient, fast-learner, and persistent. With a total work experience of 11 years I have worked 6 years in the medical device industry, 5 years as a manager/leader. Finds that showing the way is better than telling the way. My goal is to create that one product that can be deployed 100 times a day.
