Michael Simms

An experienced leader and developer of first class strategic leadership, business planning, community development, involvement, consultation and market research services. Supporting professionals to engage communities provide recognised excellent services and gain significant market intelligence. A self starter who works well with individuals and groups, and utilizes knowledge of relevant regulatory and best practice procedures to coordinate policies and strategies across departments, through excellent communication and influencing skills, effectively and professionally, fulfilling organizational and personal goals and objectives. My ability to innovate, organize work programs and manage action plans, set priorities, achieve objectives and meet targets, including best value financial management, has been regularly demonstrated throughout my career and as a result I have also been called upon regularly to support the work of peers in partner organisations. This has included speaking at conferences and events, as well as developing and delivering bespoke training. I have also set up the first West London Resident Engagement good practice group, who's membership includes a mixture of Registered Providers from across West London, as well as initiated and supported the development and delivery of social enterprises. I am also an experienced Trustee Board Member.
