Michael Welsh

Mike Welsh is a high integrity, motivated and dedicated professional who has spent 10 years of his career working for a large Federal Contractor. His most recent work includes Program Management on several Federal contracts to include a national background investigation program, a localized personnel security program, a Medicare fraud program, as well as a national site visit contract. Duties included managing remote and local teams of 7-600 with full P&L ownership of programs ranging in size from $500,000 to $4 million. His cradle-to-crave experience has led him to become a highly effective program manager with the ability to concurrently implement and manage nationwide programs with various scopes of work for several clients. He has the capability to work with individuals and drive performance and job satisfaction, but also the perception to oversee the broader picture which allows him to ensure overall program success and customer satisfaction.
