I am just your average tradesman that understands customer service. I have started, from scratch, 2 HVAC companies that both sold for a profit. Each were sold to companies that are very successful in our market still to this day. I really love to train green techs and show them how to make a real career out of the trades. My most recent management job was GM for one of the nations top HVAC residential service companies. I held that for over 4 years where we not only increased annual revenue but we increased overall efficiency which did show in our P&L every month. We did it by hiring and cultivating happy employees. We climbed all the way to number 2 in Texas Top 100 places to work. Very proud of that achievement because it shows that culture will beat planning every time. I believe that and always will. I am open for new challenges and new roles with a company that has the same vision as myself. I can hire the people, train the people, make the people happy but only the company can solidify what I am teaching and training.
