Michael Xylas

Regularly called on for his sought after approach to property management and sales advice Michael Xylas has had a great personal and business success to the top of his field in this area. He commenced his real estate career in sales with L J Hooker before being approached to head up property management Richardson & Wrench. In 1993 he saw the benefits and took over the ownership of that office which after 10 years established the evergrowing and evolving MGM Properties. Since humble beginnings the agency has grown from a two person office to a team of 16. This includes residential and commercial sales and leasing and the largest property management division in the area, which has grown by annually. The future direction of the office is led by Michael's beliefs in quality service and professionalism and always with an enthusiastic approach.
