Michael Zervos

I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in advertising with a focus on brand recognition and market research in May of 2011. Upon graduation, I ventured into the world of financial services at State Street Corporation. From 2011 to 2016 I worked in numerous departments such as Cash, Custody, Trade and Reconciliation Services, where I focused on managing all aspects of operations across many clients and portfolios. In 2016, I transitioned to a client facing role as a manager within the Global Services Department, where I hosted weekly calls and worked on daily & adhoc projects for the client and investment managers. As of May 2018, I pursued a new opportunity to manage the largest and most complex portfolios within the bank, focusing on product enhancements and new client initiatives in addition to the daily operations. Management duties include but are not limited to fund/share class liquidations & launches, TIKs, currency hedging oversight, P&L analysis, bespoke process improvements, new securities/product review, host client meetings, NAV reporting, audit and much more. As I continue to grow my career here at State Street, I look to develop my financial knowledge and incorporate these skills into my future aspirations.
