PASSIONATE ENTREPENEUR After working in various positions as a manager in business, in and outside the hospitality industry, the inevitable turning point in my life came to me in 1999. I did not want to do the things that I no longer liked to do. I went to the bank to claim my savings and began to chase my childhood's dream: running a restaurant of my own. Restaurant Mimosa was born and I felt reborn. Here I started my career as a chef. I picked it up pretty well and I was reasonably successful. Now, in my current company, MyChef, I am still the Chef, and also advisor, organizer and most of all your host. I really like to connect to people and provide them a careless and cozy time. In addition, I assure the quality of the food and cater for the needs of the attendees. I love to prepare honest, creative dishes from fresh ingredients in a sustainable manner.
