WHAT I DO MATTERS: Raised in the Pacific Northwest a deeply-rooted message has been ingrained; leave it better than you found it. I carry this with me into every interaction and employ wisdom, integrity and hard work to build strong relationships. Whether I am serving a client, my team or the organization's leadership I am dedicated to creating a positive and meaningful experience for all. My personal and professional relationships enable me to serve my internal and external customers at the highest level; I am proud of the work I chose to do and the people with whom I surround myself. In the industries of Finance and Investments as well as Higher Education and Research Administration I found myself working alongside customers who are working to improve our world. By way of the services I provided I considered myself to be a part of that effort; together we will leave it better than we found it. PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS: A commitment to customer success was the overarching spirit as we built a world-class Professional Services group, developed new service packages and designed viable project plans. Our team’s effort delivered revenue increases of 180% then 232% in less than 3 years and we consistently received customer satisfaction ratings over 95%. I worked with other departments to provide improved business processes to facilitate more efficient mechanisms for delivery and reporting of products and services. I enabled my employers to delay costly new software purchases by designing systems of record using the available tools (not specifically designed for the task) to manage open orders, monitor project progress and track revenue. I AM UNIQUE: I am curious and enjoy discovering how others define and then strive for success. I have the ability to recognize seemingly unrelated details and generate a more comprehensive story to determine and deliver what my customers and other members of my team need - before they know they need it. My curious nature and diverse life-experiences have taught me the skills I need to appreciate and interact with an extraordinary number of personality types.
