Our team’s effort delivered revenue increases of 180% then 232% in less than 3 years and we consistently received customer satisfaction ratings over 95%. I worked with other departments to provide improved business processes to facilitate more efficient mechanisms for delivery and reporting of products and services. I enabled my employers to delay costly new software purchases by designing systems of record using the available tools (not specifically designed for the task) to manage open orders, monitor project progress and track revenue.
