I'm passionate about changing the experience for people in the second half of life and it shows. Building relationships with professional referral sources and working with them to create individualized solutions for people is the driving force behind why I love what I do. With over 20 years’ experience in the health care industry, I have seen first-hand the loss of control and well-being people on the roller coaster of health care crisis suffer when their goals and priorities aren’t in line – and I'm focused on changing that. My spark? It comes from meeting with families and offering options they never thought possible, giving them hope that Lifesprk can be the answer. To me, open, honest conversation about wishes and goals helps people create a plan based on their needs. I start the conversation and ignite the spark by showing people a new experience that is based on a whole-person approach. Prior to joining Lifesprk, I worked for Heartland Homecare and AdvoLife. I holds a bachelor of science in human relations from the University of Minnesota.
