Responsible for data entry, data tracking, and data information needs within the company Import changes into HRMS and audit data imported using SQL/COGNOS reports Point person for employee issues regarding system access Work with UltiPro end users to troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues Reporting, auditing, and analysis of employee information Run standard reports and distribute to requestors as well as ad hoc report writing for both internal and external customers Maintain all mass data loads Export employee data and send to Third Party Administrators in desired format Load and test upgrades of the HRMS and support user workstations in conjunction with server updates Administrative duties including enrollment, status changes, and personal information updating Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned Specialties: Strong Cognos/Impromptu skills, some SQL knowledge
