Michelle Cullen

My career covers; Training and Leading Personal Development Workshops and Programs, Developing Leaders and Leadership, Executive Listening and Performance Coaching, Recruitment Consulting, Sales, Sales Training, Human Resource Management, Organisational Strategy. I have worked across borders, cultures and language barriers, delivering training and development material, including being part of the design and delivery team to bring about a whole new culture within an organisation. Also, as part of a select international group from the management team, redesigned the Hiring, Induction and overall Human Resource Policies and Procedures processes. My passion and strength is working one on one and with groups, developing them beyond their current capabilities, creating an empowering context and allowing new possibilities and futures to unfold and be realized. The Executive Listening Group has become the coaching and development arm for 2Worksmart, an entrepreneurial incubator where the team are all self employed. I work with them as a Performance Coach to enable them to develop their capacities as future business leaders in their chosen field.
