Challenge should result people’s life easier and protect/preserve Earth. Trend of EV and AV in automotive industry should align to them. EV and AV are not easy business so that sometime the alignment is forgotten. Leaders must remind why EV and AV are needed to keep team on the right track. Leaders also respect and utilize diversity for breakthrough. EV and AV require many different kind talent and resources so that diversity is very important key. Leadership experiences: Lead thermal management engineering team for 5 years, Lead vehicle performance/packaging development team for 8 years Engineering knowledge: automotive thermal management system development, HVAC system development, vehicle packaging, vehicle dynamic performance, vehicle mass planning, mass management, lightweighting technology adoption Major in university: Thermal dynamics Achievement: more than 10 projects launched, employee satisfaction of my department improved to 70% from less than 45% last 5 years
