Multidisciplinary professional with consolidated experience in Banking in the areas of Accounting, Risk, Financial Strategy Project Finance and M&A. I play the role of Chief Financial Officer at Andbank Luxembourg, providing continuous improvement of the KPI's of the Entity. Reporting to the the Management and the Board of Directors. In addition, I'm involved in corporate restructuring projects and financial modelling following the Group's strategic objectives. Committed with the development of internal processes and controls and the implementation of IT systems to improve the business and accounting control systems. I started my career in consulting at Deloitte's Finance Transformation Division, integrated within the Financial Advisory Services business line in Madrid’s office. This job has helped me on boosting both technical and interpersonal skills. From a technical standpoint, I have been involved in different projects related to risk management and financial modelling: Hedge Accounting, Market and Credit Risk Modelling, Derivatives Valuation, Purchase Price Allocation, Financial Due Diligence, Internal Control, Compliance Assessments, Capital Requirements etc. In addition, I have learned essential consulting skills such as teamwork, time management, working with close deadlines, giving presentations, interacting with clients, thinking out of the box, developing business cases, etc. My academic profile combines the financial knowledge acquired through my Executive Master in Corporate Finance and Law (ESADE) with analytical and numerical skills from my undergraduate degree in Economics. I consider myself a person with a great concern for all that implies an intellectual challenge and I am comfortable working in environments of high demand and complexity
