My main qualities as a Finance professional are my client focus and the drive to push through obstacles and adversity to build solutions. I was fortunate to follow a career path that gave me the chance to experience the Banking world from a variety of perspectives, having gone from operational and investigative roles to account management and my current sales role. This allowed me to gain exposure into how the bank goes about delivering the services that I now sell. Thanks to this, I have an understanding of the regulatory and operational limitations of clients' and the bank's systems, which helps me in staying realistic when scoping out potential new solutions. Whilst I now work in the world of Cash and Transaction Banking, I retain a strong interest in the Securities and Custody side on which I started my career. My main drivers are the desire to always learn more about clients and products and to become my clients' go-to-bank, whilst being transparent about the areas where we really add value to their business.
