Since Sept 2015, making part of ING's Customer Care & Services Department. Over 5 years of experience in clients interactions, I acknowledged that understanding client's needs and how to help them accomplish those goals is indispensable, and this can be achieved by creating a healthy relationship based on transparency and trust. I want to continue improving my skills and knowledge by taking on a new challenge, other than customer service. Because of statement above I started an intership for WebDevelopement As a Frontend Dev. My daily tasks as a part-time: -Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods -Learn the basics of coding; -Learning how to design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant websites for customers. -Receive mentoring from experienced team through my process of learning HTML5, CSS3, Javascript -Grow through constant and daily learning and further programming, analytical and data communication skills
