As a Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group alumnus, I served as A&M's Healthcare Industry Leader. For more than 30 years, I specialized in spearheading financial accounting healthcare due diligence projects for complex public and private company transactions. Prior to joining A&M, I was a Partner and the National Leader of Private Equity - Healthcare at Ernst & Young and the Audit & Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen in Nashville. I am a proud University of Kentucky alumni, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree with high honors and went on to become a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and Kentucky.
