Self motivated telecom and network engineer. Specialize in Microwave Backhaul design, planning, implementation, construction and project management. Have been on every side of the table from being the customer and vetting equipment and opportunities to being the vendor and designing and supplying equipment and designs required for customer satisfaction. Very quick learner of any and all equipment and processes. I feel like there is nothing that I couldn't do with extremely minimal time to understand the job or issues. Have utilized multiple Engineering design software packages. The most current being an expert knowledge of Pathloss V. Very computer literate. Not afraid to get my hands dirty as I have been an implementation engineer with Teligent, Soma Networks and FiberTower. Climbed towers, installed microwave equipment, terminated customers and helped them with any and all issues. Excel in managing small to large teams and projects. I've participated in every aspect of projects which makes me uniquely qualified to really understand every issue that could arise.
