Experience leading major program management and DoD acquisition efforts measured in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Expert in strategic planning, systems engineering, DoD Acquisition processes, program management, process analysis and reengineering, and organizational design efforts aimed to impact strategic direction. Strong teaching, presentation and facilitation skills demonstrated at the highest levels in the corporate, DoD and national government environments. Trained and certified instructor for both the USAF (AF Academic Instructor School) and the US Navy. Ability to analyze, design and implement new programs customized to organizational needs. Skilled in numerous computer software programs including project management tools. Key experience in the planning, conceptual development and implementation of knowledge management and relational database systems. Currently, Program Director for support to major high performance computing development efforts for a key DoD agency. The lead for defining, responding to and managing strategic resources in support of the government. Responsible for special contractor Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support. Also, advisor for acquisition, program management, and manufacturing processes to the Special Programs Office (SPO) Director. Assisted the Government PMs and SPO Director on setting strategic direction and on briefings to DoD and Intelligence Community oversight. Special advisor and liaison to the key manufacturing production operations in industry. Finally, planned and facilitated a number of strategic planning efforts directly impacting the strategic direction for the Government Program Office.
