Prior to co-founding Nexgen, he served as Vice President of Sales for Avery Dennison Retail Information Services after Avery Dennison acquired his prior company, RVL Packaging, in November 2002. He began his career with RVL Packaging in 1987 and held numerous executive positions including VP of Global Sales and minority ownership at the time of the Avery acquisition. Mr. Naimo was instrumental in helping grow RVL from a $5 million USD company to $225 million USD at the time of the Avery acquisition.
