With over 20 years of consulting experience, Mike has led multiple enterprise transformation projects focused on aligning the people, process and technology initiatives of healthcare organizations. Through a combination of process improvement, systems implementation and organizational change management, his clients have improved the effectiveness and efficiency of their operational delivery models, reduced cost, and maximized investment return.
