Mike Perk

I am CEO of WWC (a Future Fit Organisation Development advisory), Founding Partner of VCTR (a transport technology solutions company), a founding partner in Heavy Chef (an inspiration platform for innovators and leaders) and a director at Piper Dynamometers (technology-focused engine testing manufacturer). My career in digital began back in the mid-1990's. Since then I've been building, consulting and helping companies grow and transform in the digital age. Through WWC I look to support leaders and HR specialists responsible for their organisations digital transformation journey to help drive the necessary organisational development and culture change needed for greater adaptability, collaboration, creativity, innovation and agility. I've worked with clients in all sectors, but particularly in finance, automotive, retail and government. They include Rand Merchant Bank, Virgin Mobile, Hyundai, Old Mutual, Woolworths, City of Cape Town and iStore. Through VCTR and Piper Dynamometers I have applied my passion for technology and organisational culture to help develop two thriving businesses that put people, trust and purpose at the heart of what they do.
