As a fronted architect, I strive to create and design projects that are structured, exceed customer expectations and meet quality attributes, such as performance, interaction and integration requirements. I excel in the exploration and application of new technologies and taking lead in large scale project for clients such as nemlig.com, is basically what gets me out of bed every morning. I manage and mentor a team of 9 fronted developers, helping them to continuously acquire new skills, technologies and areas of responsibility. As a manager I am dedicated to spotting talent and enabling developers to reach their full career potential. I believe in creating a work environment where new ideas and approaches to problem solving are welcome and continuously put to a test.
