Excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving • Act as the Company representative for all day to day QA/QC matters with the Contractor and the Client during the program execution. • Review the Programme-wide quality management (QA/QC) plan, to be provided by the Client and then work with the Senior Project Manager (and Project Director) to develop, manage and update a Project-specific quality management strategy and Quality Management plan. • Establish Project QA/QC procedures to integrate with Programme-wide procedures. • Undertake monitoring and reporting of Project non-conformances and issue of non-conformance requests. • Administer the quality assurance and quality control regime. • Manage, oversee,monitor and report on the progress of construction works with respect to quality. • Provide input to the Project's weekly and monthly report in terms of quality. • Manage the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) in the technical supervision of the Works, to include inspection and monitoring of the quality of the Works, deficiency correction reporting and issue of non-conformance requests and signing-off of quality of work.
