As part of the Product Management Team, involved in developing brand strategy. * Involved in designing marketing strategies, Brand plans, and product promotional strategies including co-ordination with team members for development of all promotional aids to doctors. * Keeping co – ordination with Sales, Distribution & purchase department. * Market analysis, developing & nurturing key markets for sales growth opportunities. * Increase Market Share, penetration & visibility of brands at key doctor specialties. * Involved in training of Medical Representative and managers. * Develop, Implement & Follow-up on Marketing Strategies & Plans. * Achieve top-line & bottom-line targets for assigned portfolio. * Analyze & act on various internal/external market information. * Keeping a track of competitor brands & their market activities.
