I’ve been the fitness business for over 25 years and practicing and teaching yoga for 20 of those years. I enjoy teaching yoga to all levels with an emphasis on proper form, breathing, meditation and yoga philosophy. I teach at Equinox in New York City and at Breathe n Flow Yoga, Yogananda and Yoga And Polarity Center on Long Island. In particular, I feel most inspired teaching in the yoga teacher training programs. I currently teach “Sanskrit — an introduction to the language and pronunciation” and “ The Subtle body - the 3 bodies, koshas, chakras and the 5 winds.”
