I am excited to join with Rick Hawtrey at ITSM Specialties. I have worked in the training industry for years and am really excited to have an opportunity to work with one of the best instructors in the world! I'm highly motivated, ambitious, with exceptional communications skills. I provide great listening to clients and their pain/problems and present to them the best solution possible for them. I treat everyone equal and believe that learning is our future. We can never stop learning. My goal is to help ITSM Specialties grow and continue providing solutions to our clients with the best instruction possible. It's not just a training experience, it's your first step to being the best you can be for your yourself and your company/organization.
