Brands are my passion, designing behaviour my interest. Growth of brands and people is therefore my motivation. Within Marketing Management and Team Development I have explored and mastered various sub-areas. Developed successful brand strategies, communication, product propositions and built strong teams. Extensive experience in leading positions in international environments within various sectors (FMCG, business and financial services). I help organizations develop creative solutions based on customer needs and connect these with objectives, people, data, and processes. I am therefore in my strength when I can work at the intersection of marketing, communication and leadership.
