My talent is tuning into what makes people tick and helping them tick as loudly as possible.I manifest this in multiple ways: - As head of marketing for a global pharmaceutical company I lead my team to shape markets and develop compelling value propositions for patients and healthcare professionals connecting them with treatments that change their lives for the better. - As my company’s wellbeing ambassador I help employees become more conscious and intentional about their working habits and how they are looking after themselves so they show up as their best selves as often as possible- As a leader in my company I am eternally curious championing a growth mindset and fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration and celebration - As a life coach I work with individuals to tune into their own needs, talents and passions, inspiring and empowering them to adopt positive habits which unleash their best selves and enable them to shine their light and share their gifts with the world- As a leader in the pharmaceutical industry I am co-founder of W.I.P (Women in Pharma+++) whose aim is to connect, inspire and empower women in our industry to ask more questions to challenge the masculine medical paradigm and dare to ask for more and lead in a more feminine way to achieve true equality in medicine and our industryWhatever I do I want to have a net positive impact and leave whatever and whoever I find in a better shape than when I found them.
