Positioning the company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I performed with success many times. Examples include: • Starting as a sale associate and then quickly moving to progressive positions within the company, becoming head corporate merchandiser and reporting directly to the CEO. • Being top sales person for the company for 5 years in a row. • Managing all stores in merchandising, design and customer service planning, directing all store openings and store fixtures, including mannequins, displays, decorations, props and banners/signage. • Leading purchasing for competitive swimwear, accessories and footwear, maintaining a budget, moving stock at a fast pace and working numbers to help decrease sales merchandise. • Advising on company-wide customer service and sales policies. In addition to customer service and sales excellence, I am a strong trainer who achieves ongoing success with her teams by building morale, maintaining the teams' self-confidence and training them to build the sale by improving their people skills.
